- All items purchased are considered final sale except for those with damage or manufacturer’s defect. Please note to check your order upon receipt to ensure that they are in good condition. If there’s a damaged package, please call the office right away so it will be properly noted in your account.
- The item should be returned to our facility within 14 days of receipt.

Our office will process your refund or order replacement within 7 to 10 business upon receipt of the returned item. Shipping cost is not refundable. Please note that it can take several days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
